Greg Bolding, Executive Director and Co-Founder
Greg serves as Premier's Executive Director and oversees Premier staff and Programs, while also running our U9-U17 Colorado Girls Premier Academy Program. Coach Greg has spent countless hours helping amateur and professional athletes develop physically and mentally and uses those experiences to develop Premier into one of the top basketball clubs in Colorado. Greg also serves as the Columbine High School Head Varsity Girls Basketball Coach. He takes pride in the work he has done by helping his clients give back to youth through sports.
Drake Hudgins, U10-U17 Boys Director - Colorado
Coach Drake Hudgins brings Colorado Premier 20 years of experience in the game of basketball. He has been fortunate to impact both boys and girls on many levels. Prior to arriving at Premier, Hudgins served the greater Atlanta area for the past 8 years as a director and or coach. In those years his responsibilities ranged from Head Varsity Girls Coach, Assistant Varsity Boys Coach, Director of Middle School Basketball and 8th grade boys & girls coach all while coaching and training players at the elite youth travel level through Nike EYBL with Team Elite.
Coach Hudgins’ true passion comes from the commitment to teaching youth the fundamentals of this great sport. As a skill development trainer, a focus of his has been embracing the process of growth, which entails the need to focus on how players can get better every day in order to succeed later. He believes in teaching players the value of dependability, consistency, and coachability, in addition to understanding their weaknesses.
One of Coach Hudgins’ primary philosophy’s centers around three core principles: commitment, selflessness, and team unity. His core values focus on being open and honest with his players while holding them accountable for their efforts. Participants of our program can expect to receive quality basketball instruction designed to provide the necessary skills in shooting, defense, passing, ball handling and footwork.
Coach Hudgins is an Oregon native, and played collegiately for Seattle Pacific University in Seattle, Washington. Upon graduation he played his professional career overseas in South America. Hudgins and his wife, Amber, have three children, Marya (15), Khalil (11), and Taylah (8).
Anita Rowland, Utah Premier Director
A Hall-of-Fame member as a player and a coach, Anita has made her mark in two states. In 2004, she was honored by the Colorado High School Activities Association with a Hall of Fame induction representing her storied prep career. And, in 2007, the Utah Sports Foundation Hall of Fame awarded her a Hall of Fame honor as a coach. Finally, in 2010, Alta High School elected Anita to their Hall of Honor — the first coach to be selected. Since retiring from Alta High School in 2004, Anita has continued to teach individuals and teams as a skills development trainer.
Anita began her head coaching career at Judge Memorial. That was followed by a year at Jordan High School before she landed at Alta High School as the head coach for the next 14 years. Her teams had 16 consecutive state tourney appearances and played in 3 state finals before capturing the 5A state title in 2002. Anita was honored with the Salt Lake Tribune’s Utah State Coach of the Year in 2002. She has also been a 3-time 5A Coach of the Year and 4-time Region Coach of the Year.
Off season activities kept Coach Rowland busy as well. She was a Co-Founder of the Utah Women’s Basketball Coaches Association in 1991. That was followed by directing the first girls basketball elite club travel team in Utah in from 1994-2004. Over 75 players moved on to play college ball from the Utah Avalanche Club. During this time, Anita was invited to be a WBCA Elite Clinic Coach for western regional camps. A director of numerous tourneys and leagues in the Salt Lake metro area, Anita started the first girls basketball summer league and spring league in Northern Utah beginning in 1994.
As a member of the University of Utah women’s basketball team, Anita earned All Conference recognition her senior year and was an Academic All Conference pick her junior and senior years. Utah won two conference titles and participated in three postseason tournaments during Anita’s career.
Anita was a standout on the hardwood during her prep career in Colorado. She led her team to a basketball state title her senior year while being named State Player of the Year. She led all classifications in scoring (28.2 ppg) and rebounding (15.5 rpg) that year. An All-State performer in three sports, Anita was also an honor student.
Anne Sabatini, Development Director
Anne has an extensive background with basketball, having coached for 20 years in Brazil. Anne has a bachelor's degree in Physical Education from the Universidade Metodista de Piracicaba and a masters in Sport Conditioning & Performance / Biochemistry from Universidade Estadual de Campinas. She worked with 7-19 year-olds for 14 years as a coach for ADCF Unimed Americana from 2001-2014, a professional women's basketball club with their Amateur Development Program and acted as Director of Basketball Operations in 2017 with the ADCF Unimed Sicoob.
She then became a coach with the Brazilian Youth National Team from 2012-2017. In 2015, as head coach, she helped lead the U16 Brazil National team to a victory over the United States in the semi-finals of the America's Cup. Anne also developed and trained many girls in Brazil who have moved into Division I programs within the NCAA such as Florida State, SUU, Michigan, Florida and BYU.

Pat Ford, Girls Director Parker, Aurora Area
Pat Ford brings an extensive basketball coaching and leadership background to Premier, including over 10 years at the club level and as a high school varsity head coach. Pat is the former Director of Parker Hoops, which merged with Colorado Premier Basketball Club in 2016. He led Parker Hoops for nearly 10 years. Pat leads our Parker and Aurora area Premier girls teams and also serves on our Premier Advisory Board.
